And if you’re like us, you’re braving the high temps to enjoy some old-fashioned outdoors time — yard work, catching a ball game, or just lounging by the pool. The third full week of August is dedicated to bring awareness to healthy contact lens wear and care. Be sure to educate yourself on the proper techniques to clean and store your contact lenses. Always adhere to the wear schedule, a monthly lens is only good for 30 days! Keep your glasses prescription up-to-date and have a back-up pair for emergencies.
